There are several reasons why people lose motivation towards weight loss. Most of the people think that they can’t lose their weight ever which is the main reason for the loss of motivation. To keep yourself motivated, you must first of all log your daily activity including your waist, weight, meals, snacks, exercise, and other activities.

This is a fact that motivations differ from person to person. If your friend has lost weight because he got motivation from some model or actor, it doesn’t mean that you can lose weight doing exactly the same as your friend did. No support

For anything you do in life, you need support. This could be support of your family, friends, or someone who matters to you in life. It is hard to accomplish a task without any support. This rule applies particularly in the case where someone wants to achieve something big, like weight loss that would change his life. A lot of people on the Earth are unaware of the fact that they get support from their families, friends, and close ones. Many people don’t realize that the reason behind their success is the support of someone special. Many people give up and start to believe that their body is not meant to lose weight. No quick results

The society and the social life play a big role in a person’s life. The people who withdraw themselves from the society are prone to develop depression. The people who have developed distance from their societies are less likely to complete the task. The similar is the case with the people who are trying to burn some calories and shed off their extra fats. Social withdrawal is one of the reasons why people fail to lose weight.

The positive comments and appreciation from your neighborhood keeps you motivated to achieve your goal. Not only in the case of weight loss, has the society played an important role in your life. Be social, make friends, stay happy, and achieve whatever you want in life.
